Fwiw..Citizens in two tiny New Hampshire towns were the first to have their ballots counted in the the 2004 U.S. presidential election. In Dixville Notch, the more famous of the two due to its longstanding tradition of early voting, the results favored the incumbent: Bush — 19, Kerry — 7.
