SIGNS OF IMPENDING DANGER ......

While we can never prevent disasters from taking place, there are times when clear signs of impending danger can alert us before a debacle occurs. Knowing what those signs are can save the trader a lot of money over a lifetime. Additionally, under the right scenario, an astute trader can take advantage of these danger signs by using them for a way to profit in reverse.

SIGNS THAT DANGER MAY BE CLOSE AT HAND ....

1. The stock gives back most of its gains during the last two hours of trading.

2. The stock closes at or near its low, after initially being up decently.

3. The stock produces little to no gain on above average volume.

4. The stock gaps up excessively at the open, then trades below the prior bar's high.

5. The stock is struggling in the same price range area that kicked off a previous decline.
