There is some debate in China now, instead of appreciate RMB, what China should do is to raise their workers pay. And that will increase the producer price as well as the cost of its exports. I quite agree, although have no idea how could they do it effectively<g>

If China does revalue of RMB now, the party who benefits the most are those blood sucking currency traders<g>

That said, China will revalue RMB for sure but only in a time when few people expect it, just like this last interest raise, and it will be one-time thing. BTW, plenty of people think this interest raise is only the first one coming. At least another 0.25% for in the next 6 months.
