The Republicans are better-organized against fabrication than 4 years ago. The BobDole's Disease-addled shit-eating-grinning idiots that ran the "nuts-and-bolts" part of the party were always afraid to oppose the Stalinist Myth of "Participation".

2000 changed all that. You can't totally prevent 1 to 2 million fabricated votes in just 4 years. But the early steps have been taken...
