Another y2k stock that may be of interest to Sapiens' shareholders: Haven't checked in awhile, but I guess Michel Berty is still on the Board of Sapiens. A few months back, Berty left Cap Gemini America to join ZMAX as Chairman. ZMAX press release today: businesswire.com With this announcement, sounds like ZMAX' (exceptionally long) quiet period is over.
