The notes in the 10k is just what was said in February. Guess what - earnings estimates on all networkers were lowered, and they missed or barely made them. I'm not sure what "mindshare" means. Maybe: MINDSHARE: I think a lot of people are considering our product or since it originated out of Cowen, MINDSHARE: I don't have any sales statistics, but this is something I'd like to be able to say, and since people do think of buying Cisco, even if they don't, that is mindshare, so they are gaining that. ---------- Whole market is down, networkers aren't badly hit. Cisco was due for a sympathetic downmove already. Too bad about Ascend, but it will bounce back soon enough and now coms is holding up after the jitters approaching the end of the quiet period. Support at 45 was tested and it passed, support on ASND at 40. I don't know about Cisco I suspect it is still extended at any price above 65. Greg
