Automatic recount procedures .. Just listening to C-SPAN .. An election official from Minnesota was relating their procedure concerning automatic recounts for a Presidential election .. If the top two candidates are within 1/2 of 1% then there is an automatic recount which commences after the election results have been 'certified'; which doesn't occur until Nov 16th .. Other states must have similar procedures .. Hope we know who won by Turkey Day <g> Triff ..
