Haim, I quite agree. And the current gov. policy has been switching to that too. Some effects already shown, and this is the advantage of agricultural (unlike some scientific research, one may not see any results until years later). The grain production this year, after declining 5 years in a row, has been increasing.

China has a lot to learn from the US in terms of agricultural subsidy<g>.
