This is typical of the Neocon misinformation campaign. They have taken the Orwellian Newspeak to new heights. Any theory or conjecture that supports your position is given immense credibility while position to the contrary are scrutinize for every letter of the word so as to be rendered ineffective. The report said:

In fact the 9/11 Commission has concluded there is "no credible evidence" of a Saddam-Al Qaeda link.

So now you are going to play word games and say, something like, "Well, there was a link...it doesn't say there was no link...blah...blah...blah".

Play these games with someone who doesn't know better.
