I just wanted to correct a misstatement of fact. Previously, I said that accordingto the info. packet, Accord had been audited by Price Waterhouse. This was an error. Price Waterhouse audits Science Applications International, the company that did assays for Accord, and provided a basis for Accord's initial valuation.
