Lets speak plainly. Substitute "foreign policy" with "Energy policy". The failure to go after the terrorists for the African embassy bombings had nothing to do with "energy policy" as there is no oil in Kenya or Tanzania; ditto the Cole bombing in Yemen; ditto the WTC in 1993, ditto the failure to nail OBL in the Sudan; ditto Monica's Missiles in Afghanistan, etc., etc., ad nauseum. You obviously did not read Podhoretz's piece carefully or are simply enjoying being obtuse today.
