Sheeeeep, how's it going? Unfortunately your assertion is incorrect. The translation of the tape by ARABS (they are the ones who speak and know arabic) say that he said all states that vote for Kerry are safe. Sounds like a threat to Bush supporters and honest and patriotic Americans who are against terrorists like OBL. Your hatred is not the only thing you have in common with OBL. Your politics and Presidential candidate are also commonalities.
