Art, RE: The decision not to use the strategic reserve to stabilize oil prices definitely has resulted in windfall profits for the oil companies, especially domestic oil producers, many of which are heavy contributors to the political party of their choice. Give me a break! The strategic reserves are a joke. A drop in the bucket. This is the same mindset that says that by not filling your car to more than half full, it will force lower gas prices. Gag me with a spoon! Steve
