Damn, Mq, you sound positively partisan today, ready to wield a sword in the upcoming Geo. the Second's Crusades Against Jihadis, Wacos, and Mujahadin.
But while you rightly mourn the death of someone who has an idea and enough notoriety to be noticed, you've unfortunately missed or forgotten a few points.
They came for about 3,000 of us on 9/11; the came for about 300 of us on 6/11 in Spain; they came for us at the Embassies; they came for the Aussies at Bali; they've got women they're ready to decapitate; they've slaughtered school children in Russia, etc., etc., ad nauseum.
They'll come for us in a big way if they ever get nukes.
Mr Van Gogh's death, obviously regrettable, is just like all of them. A waste of talent and humanity. The only sin he committed was that of speaking out against savagery, stupidity, rage, and murderous zealotry.
We speak out against this kind of insanity all the time. Does that make us more vulnerable? Not yet.
And that, Mq., is what it is all about.
Not yet.
When.
Damn, you make my day. Glad to see you incensed over this latest bit of Waco-ism. |
