VOTER INTIMIDATION "The world is watching" Is it just me, or have others recoiled as Kerry has repeated the phrase, "The world is watching," when he talks about the outcome of today's election. He must have said it a hundred times in the last few days. Every time he repeats those words, I hear echoes of his "Global Test." It's a very telling choice of words, IMO. I would think that his advisors would have gulped and told him to lose that "world is watching" catch-phrase.
