While obviously I voted for Bush this a.m., I am not concerned about the results, even though they seem favorable to Bush at the present moment, because it is going to be very difficult for Kerry to screw things up if he gets elected.

The job defines the person, not the other way around, and I think that this is seen best in Bush's transformation since 9/11 from a somewhat mediocre President into what I consider to be a pretty good wartime leader. Kerry will surely go through such a transformation, too, if [god forbid] he is elected.
