well I cast a protest vote for the 3 strikes reform then. I figured it was something like you say, the text of the proposition was flawed or something which is why so many are against it. I also voted for Burton's healthcare initiative which I think will not pass. But, I'm sick of this healthcare crisis and companies with 100 employees claiming they can't cover workers and that healthcare will "cost jobs". What a bunch of cr@p.
