I'm not so sure it is a leak. More likely expectations that something is coming. It is pretty well known that the "chain of custody" samples were taken and handed over processing. Many people know when the samples were taken. You just have to look at the calendar and start saying "any day now". As people start doing some anticipatory buying the stock starts moving. As it starts moving more people start looking at the calendar and put two and two together and figure someone else knows something is coming and jump on board.
