John Edwards figured in my evaluation also. It was the hair thing. Real men don't spend that much time placing every hair in perfect alignment to another, at least not so SERIOUSLY. And then he and Kerry talked about hair in public. Real men don't talk about HAIR. And big hair is a nono. In Texas only women have big hair; the men have flat hair from their cowboy hats. That's how you know a real man. Flat hair and non-designer jeans and real men would only windsurf under an assumed name This election has caused me to evaluate many of my personal beliefs-- at times painfully. I wish I had the confidence and belief of many on this thread. But I don't. I am afraid that Kerry will win, but I am also afraid of what could happen if Bush does. After all the reading and examining, I ended up going with my gut. Which actually has served me well in life. (I liked Lieberman also) Just realized how NERVOUS I am. I don't usually post-- but nerves make me babble. Hope Lindy will be lax today. I sense a lot of nerves around here. I have to play for a choir concert tonight. Maybe it will all be over when I get home.
