An acre is an acre. My mother gets one vote for her $2 mil acre. I know she won't want to sell it to buy Kansas. I get 40 for my $5000 acres; only 39.6, but round up. Less than half an acre, no vote.
And that's the way it is. Democracy; my mother and I love it. My bro, the suburbanite, can't vote. Ya gotta love it.
