Maybe, maybe not. Months ago the talk in Alabama was to level the city, but that has been tempered as the seperation between that and 9/11 has become more apparent, and as the pure desire for revenge has subsided. It's difficult to keep up a position of being a liberator while leveling cities.

Whatever happens, we have a tough row to hoe in Iraq at this point.
