FIRST LAWSUIT FILED BY GOP IN PENNSYLVANIA. Expect more to follow from both sides in Ohio and Florida. 2 of those 3 states are going to be in play for a while while they sort out the Diebold fraud. Pennsylvania is a lost cause for the Republicans as the victory margin by Kerry would be large.

2 out 3 of those states make the president and neither side will make the mistake that Gore did. This is going to turn even uglier than the campaign IMHO.
