I suggest kicking out the red southern states by selling them to whomever will take them. The Saudis own some 7% of the US. Maybe they'll buy them from us? We only need to sell either Texas or Florida. I suggest Texas which is farther gone than Florida. I have a better idea. Suggest we sell everything from DC North to the Canada border to Canada. I'd be willing to throw in California as a bonus.
