If you think the poor south has an interest in, or vested interest in, the stock market, you are wrong. Visit a holler. visit a mountain. Or a snake-handling church. And see how invested they are in the stock market. They work pee-ant jobs for pee-ant pay. they don't know about your stock market or how to invest in it and it has nothing to do with their dead-end jobs. If the country crashes, that will affect them. But Bush does nothing but promote that crash by his reckless fiscal policy. they have no medical insurance. They barely get by on SS when they get old. They have teeth that are rotting out because they can't afford a dentist. I could go on about life in the holler but maybe a visit would be better. :) A little third-world USA where people don't have indoor toilets.

Check out the Alabama song that mentions the crash of '29. Same thing now. "we were too poor to tell"
