I think it has to do with Mrvc breaking even somewhere in the 75Million to 80 Million range. That is what has been implied by mrvc a number of times. I think Mrvc estimated 4th quarter revenue somewhere in the 70+ range. That would bring there loss down to 1 or 2 cents maybe even breakeven. What concerns me is Noam's lack of conviction of being profitable in 2005. If things are turning Noam should be spreading the word with CONFIDENCE> In the past the 70-80 Million range has been hard for mrvc to break through. Hopefully this time is different. cmg
