Neil, don't jump to conclusions. Obviously some of the installs to date have been to the Sir Speedy's of this word. Even smaaler traditional printers have run in to scrathing problems. One big printer in Denver I know has had numerous bad batches of plates for his GTO-DI. It is not an isolated problem. Regardless alot of printers are disappointed because they were sold on quick makeready promises by Heidelberg. I very much doubt that there are 500 paid for QM-DI's installed. If there are you must be very disappointed with the plate consumption.
