No, he was just busy advising Kerry on whether or not to concede ("Never! We'd all die first! Damn the voters - this is Amerika!" or something to that effect, he was heard to say). But then the secret service hauled him away for questioning. Lucky for him, he's good friends with a top secret service agent, so maybe they'll let him go . . . . . . for psychiatric evaluation, instead.
