We'll see. Take a look at Putin in Russia. He's using Bush's arguments for what he has done to that country.

Reagan supposedly pushed Russia toward democracy right? Bush is pushing Russia toward a dictatorship. Putin has taken over all of his media, taken over private companies (corrupt but private) and jailed his political opponents.

Reagan is weeping for the USA and for Russia.
