Well, I have two answers to the specific point you raised:

(1) A woman's right to dance naked seems to be fairly self evident (to me anyway) under the "pursuit of happiness" portion of life and liberty. In other words, it seems unconstitutional to me that someone may impose their will on how someone else may live his/her life or conduct business, WHEN THIS ACTION CANNOT BE SHOWN TO DIRECTLY HARM THOSE WHO OBJECT.

(2) There is a very thin line between watching a live theatre or dance performance and watching a stripper. If you agree the first is protected as freedom of expression, then you have to agree the latter needs to be protected to assure the protection of the former. Quite simply it is too easy to fall in the slippery slope if you get to choose which performances are legitimate and which ones are not.
