Kennedy, Democratic National Convention, 1980 This is my last post on this thread. Now it is time to reorder our lives to adjust to the reality of four more years of a government dominated by the conservatives and Christian evangelicals among us. Be civil and patriotic, but never compromise on principle. Speak out against injustice and in defense of freedom. Support groups that share your beliefs. Arrange your finances to protect you from the economic turmoil ahead. Study the issues. Be active in local politics. And prepare for 2006 and 2008... one voter at a time. Namaste...
