As I indicated, I'm not arguing the democrat case therefore how you used the synopsis is completely irrelevant to me.

Yet there is something powerful in there... the lines:

He hooks up with plutocrats to help them sell their candidate with folksy humor and rustic platitudes. He becomes drunk with ability to manipulate the masses

... fit George Jr. just perfectly.

But I suppose you are, not were, too dense to understand that.
