When half a nation can vote for someone like Bush, electing a woman is off probably a quarter of a century

I think the vast majority of people would be willing to vote for a woman that they agreed with politically. I certainly would be willing but I've never had the chance to do so on any election to a position higher then the state assembly.

I think a woman could get elected if she could get the nomination of a major party. The problem seems to be getting that nomination.
