It truely amazes me how gullible the Street is when it comes to Novell takeover rumors. With the market so high, an extremely bad quarter behind us - with a few more to come - the current crowd of Novellians are indeed desperate for light somewhere. The Novell market machine is poised to begin grinding through a ton of longs once this hope/hype period passes. You need immediate signs of BorderManager success, a successful release of Moab - with full Java platform functionality, another successful rollout of native NT IntraNetare, great and aggressive marketing and credible earnings to make it through this phase. The stock is moving up, sure, because of all the scrutiny from the rumor. But this rumor has legs and once to run one or two more times: just like earlier this year when we challenged the $13 level. Speculate all you want. We are in a work-out situation. VK, despite whatever flip you may be flopping into - the current price reflects a huge level of short term speculation that will have to work itself off over time. Go ahead and run for $10 1/2 again. I would consider every 1/32nd from here on up a gift. As I said before, the game is up on this run. A sea of believers don't want to concede this, but we will be sloshing our way to lower levels once a retest of the high range is successfully rebuffed. Unless you believe in the takeover tooth-fairy, now is time to jump off, not pile on. You said it Joe: it's is all about M-O-N-E-Y. How do you smell money? - H-O-P-E...G-R-E-E-D, cough, cough....
