Condor: regarding: " 17% of those in the 18-24 yr. old category in the US voted." If so, and there's a draft, lots of 19-26 yr. olds are gonna be wishing they did vote. (Not that I know there's a difference between what either candidate might do regarding Iraq and a draft. Just that Bush started the war, and it's easy for me to assume he will keep troops there for a looong time.)
