Absolutely! The right-wing red states have been sucking the economically prosperous blue states for decades now and it's time we put a stop to it. Anyway, with global warming the southern red states will get too hot and too violent (remember those hurricanes in Florida?) to live in for long. The northern states will become absolutely balmy and quite pleasant. We'll have to erect an electric fence to keep out the right-wing theocratic rabble mob out of the NEW USA though. That will cost a bit so we should negotiate hard with the Saudis and the Chinese.
