The USA is not putting our best people into the Oval Office - because one gender is essentially being excluded from participating. To find the best candidate, both need to be included. When interviewing candidates for a position - companies interview for the best candidate by including both men and women. It should be illegal to only present male candidates. When you look for the best candidates, you don't eliminate 50% of the population - you look for the best by looking at all 100%.

The United States has never had a female president in its entire existence.
