Benjamin, I welcome your new thread. Sun is my major holding, although in this market I am nervous. Sun is one of those stocks that can take off or drop like a rock at a moment's notice. Still, I think Java and Solaris can compete with Microsoft. I have tremendous confidence in Scott McNeally and Alan Baratz. And I think Sun will continue with its mergers and acquisitions and wouldn't be surprised to see them join up with Netscape and Novell and perhaps even Informix...perhaps that's why Larry Ellison was a no show at the Java Business Expo in New York.
