Previously a large percentage of their business was gov. contracts. However, that business is drying up (margins were kept low by gov. negotiation). They are now struggling to grow their private sector business. SDLI is a company in transition. They have a great technology and great intellectual capital, but there are alot of questions remaining to be answered. If they can devise a robust business plan that anticipates the market, they will indeed be successful, however, there are many, many dangers...
