Bush in news conference that's going on right now: "Now that I have the will of the people behind me, I'm going to enforce the one question rule." So, from now on, no followups. Which allows him not to be responsive to the content of the questions. Plenty of opportunity to orate and give prepared statements, though. I predict that under these carefully controlled circumstances, he will have many more press conferences.
