Ed,

<<You cannot blindly label all voters in a region as backwards and ignorant.>>

I didn't, you seemed to. Now it seems to be "relatively ignorant"???

"Have you ever spent time in a place like southern Ohio or Kentucky; I have."

I was born in West Virginia, spent a lot of time below the Mason-Dixon line.

"Having said that, I note that my own county in the west was more pro Bush than Oklahoma. The reason; strong fundamental Christians make up a great percentages of the voters."

That's an assumption--maybe they just had the same view of Kerry I do (I'm not a Christian of any stripe, a Buddhist).

You are showing, with every sentence, your extreme prejudice against conservative Christians. That's good, it just makes these elections easier to win. And who better to carry the flag next time into battle but Hillary, perhaps wearing a buckler and carrying a sword?
