Putting Edwards on the ticket may have been Kerry's biggest mistake. Edwards couldn't even bring in his home state. Kerry should have followed my advice and selected Gephardt. Gephardt would have brought some national security credentials to the table and would have done more to energize the black vote for Kerry.

I think you're right about Gephardt, didn't the unions tell the DNC to put him on the ticket? Oh well, their mistake, our advantage.

Too bad those friends of his were not around to give him advice when he decided to marry Theresa. I don't want to even begin to imagine what it would be like to spend any significant time around her.

That is one of the biggest plusses of a Bush victory..we don't have to put up with Theresa, but then again, she might just take her bottle and disappear in the upper rooms.

They are now saying Theresa was not a very good addition to the team. They tried to leave her out as much as possible.
