OK I will try this again... I see no one has researched this stock so I was asked to do it.... I own 4200 @ .58 AMSC... Now that you see where I am with it you know I believe in this one.... Now let's get down to business as to why I am in this one at it's lowest... First: Ronald Shaver informed me that, "Mark Schultz has not beenunder contract nor is he under contract nor has the company EVER issued him stock for his promotion." Second CEO Gene Chiaramonte adamantly and with conviction I might add state, "I will never take equity from any investor in this stock." I talked to them today (800) 418-2002 the transfer agent is Interstate Transfer (801) 531-7860. They are really aggravated and ticked off on what has happened to their stock over the last year... I can see why no one knew they had grown to the point of domicile change based on it's trading history... SHORTS can KILL a new company. The Issued Shares ....10,800,000; Inside Sares .... 7,000,000 (NOT on loan to the market); Float .... 3,000,000. HELLO!!! They have presently 4 new acquistions (Done DEALS) .... In the very final stages of negoiations to acquire the NASDAQ company (NOT a done deal yet) They are about to do a Marine Show in Chicago on the 27th bringing out all their marine Products.... They have presently 5 more acquistion in process .... and 3 they are researching at present .... GOOD LORD AGGRESSIVE I LOVE .... The MARKET PULSE Magazine is doing a full featured spread on this company and will be out in the market place soon.... I have not locked down the date but I am working on it...
