India would love to get the jobs shipped but will say "no, thanks" to investing in US. One guy that I know is heading back to India. He is cashing out his 401k even though he has to pay a penalty. His reasoning is that the dollar will decline so much against the rupee that it wouldn't matter. In fact, he thinks it is better to get out now. Also, he feels that with the trillions in debt and a couple more trillion added due to the endless wars and social security privatization etc, even the money in our 401k accounts might be at risk
