I slept through the election. Other than voting on a couple of ballot initiatives and for my Congressman it was hardly of any interest to me. Yes, he moved to Roanoke, Va, which is why it caught my interest. A lot of Californians don't know there are any other States besides Nevada (gambling), Arizona (boating on the Colorado), Hawaii, and Mexico (what? You mean Mexico isn't a State?) What was really funny is that a lot of people came up to him after he announced he was leaving, and they said they envied him and wished they could move away. His reply was "I didn't know so many people were being held prisoner by California" There's more truth to that perception than you'd think. A lot of people want to leave for someplace more like America.
