I saw my first "stand in line to sue merck" commercial... featuring, none other than.. JOHNNY COCHRAN!! I think his slogan was "If yo heart don't work, you must sue Merck!" Damn maroons, they knew this was an issue years ago, and they continued to market the drug in the face of heavy competition and safe therapy. It will be a tough case to win in court, but it will absolutely go to trial. Voodoo
