I hope so but it is a big gamble to assume so. It all depends on Egypt, Syria and Saudi Arabia. If those 3 states will accept the right of Israel to exist within safe borders most Arab countries will follow (Jordan, Baharein, Iraq, Emirates, Marocco Tunis Lybia etc.) as many wish so and are interested in development and prosperity.

Their acceptance could neutralize Iran who wants to deflect it's problems resulting from the tyrannical rule of Ayatollahs into the Israeli Arab conflict.

If Europe will accept that they are not a party to the process and will be willing to help and not to interfere with their own agenda there is lots of hope for prosperity and peace in the ME. There the main obstacle is Chirac ego and narrow interest of France to defeat any US effort to lead to a successful closure
