I agree with you 99% of the time. This time I don't. There is nothing in the Constitution that stops a state from leaving the union. I would argue the 10th amendment allows it. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively."

I think they are pissing in the wind on this one but it brings a smile to daydream of a day without any socialists in this country.
