ACLY just had great news right before the bell, on DBC newswire. Stock was at chart bottom, sitting on support at 12, jumped to 13. News is a big contract to be announced next week. Stock could easily jump back into the high teens or 20s with a 3 mil float, and a history of jumping fast and furious.
