I can understand Arnolds thinking, which must be that IF science can provide major benefits from stem cells that IF he has a lock on the research facilities in his state then Calif. will become the stem cell center of the Universe and be highly profitable. He might be right, he might be wrong, its a GAMBLE and the question is, should a STATE be involved in GAMBLING with the PEOPLES MONEY. Thats up to Californians to decide not me. jdn
