With all due respect, the last statement regarding Radisys is false. WindRiver has an existing and healthy installed base within the Intel family and they are poised to significantly increase their presense. What comes to mind are a significant portion of HP Deskjet printers (Intel i960 family) running VxWorks (for several years now.) I2O will only fortify WindRiver's presence within the world of Intel.
